Change Mailing Address
Change your account mailing address (no fee)
You will need your current billing statement.
With this form, you can change:
- Seattle Public Utilities Bill (water, sewer, garbage) OR
- Seattle City Light Bill (electricity) OR
- Both Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle City Light Bills
This form does not:
- close the account
- change the name on the account
- change the account responsibility
- change the location where utility service is provided

Your account mailing address and account number
NOTE: Your bill mailing address is linked to the customer identification portion of your account number. Changing the mailing address will redirect all bills with the same customer number for each utility.
