Make a One-time Payment

You can do this:

  • If you receive a paper bill
  • If you have paperless billing (ebilling)

Payments accepted:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Bank account payments

You will need:

  • Your account number
    (enter without spaces or dashes)
  • Your billing address ZIP code.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click  -  Make a one-time single payment
  2. Enter your account number, making sure to leave out any spaces or dashes, and click continue
  3. Enter your Utility account billing address ZIP Code, and click continue
  4. Enter your payment information
