If your water service has been disconnected – or is at risk of being disconnected – you might be eligible for emergency assistance. If you qualify for emergency assistance, we will reduce 50% of your unpaid utility bill balance up to a maximum of $399 for 2018.
Emergency assistance will only be provided to residential Seattle Public Utilities accounts that are metered for a single-family residence.
