Kami was born in Hong Kong and came to Seattle as an infant. She graduated from Cleveland High School and spent the next several years in the banking industry before beginning her career with the City of Seattle in 1990. Prior to joining the Key Services team, Kami spent many years helping residential and commercial developers obtain new water services. Prior to then, she spent several years with the drainage and wastewater line of business at SPU.
Kami enjoys traveling with her husband and extended family – particularly on cruise ships. She has taken more than a dozen cruises and visited numerous countries during her travels. She enjoys adventure and will try anything thrilling.
Kami looks forward to meeting her customers in person and learning how SPU services impact their daily mission. Kami especially enjoys the diversity of the community and collaborating with others who are vested in the success of Seattle.

Jeff was born and raised in Seattle, spending most of his time on Beacon Hill. Jeff graduated from Tyee High School and headed east to Spokane where he graduated from Whitworth University with a Business Administration degree. Jeff spent a number of years in the building trades before joining Seattle Public Utilities in 2007. Prior to joining the Key Services team, Jeff worked on a variety of field crews and in planning support for SPU Drainage & Wastewater and Water lines of business.
Jeff has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1999 and is the proud father of two children. He enjoys restoring classic cars, hiking, watching movies, and following his hometown Seahawks.
Jeff is passionate about the value responsible businesses bring to Seattle. He enjoys the variety and diversity of Key Customers and the work they do in the community. Jeff enjoys meeting customers and adding value to their business and their interactions with the City of Seattle.

Delcina was born and raised in Seattle and graduated from Franklin High School. She went on to work in Customer Service at a Marketing office and Telecommunications company before starting her career at Seattle Public Utilities. Prior to joining Key Services Delcina was the Training Lead on the New Customer Information System Project, coordinating training for 700 city employees. Prior to then, she spent 2 years in the SPU Contact Center assisting residential customers with their SCL and SPU accounts.
Delcina enjoys traveling and spending time with family in her free time. She also enjoys gardening and planting vegetables in her garden during the spring and summer months.
Delcina looks forward to building relationships with each of her customers and learning more about the services that will be beneficial to them as a company and a community member. She hopes to promote a greener, healthier, and cleaner Seattle.

Krystal was born and raised in Sequim, Washington. She graduated from the running start program with an Associate of Arts degree from Peninsula College. She went on to graduate from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Krystal joined the Seattle Public Utilities team in 2012 in the Drainage and Wastewater line of business. She received her journeyman accreditation through Washington state and came to Key Services as a crew lead.
Krystal enjoys traveling, crafts and spending time with friends. She also enjoys walking her labradoodle through her Seattle neighborhood.
Krystal is dedicated to making Seattle the best place to live. She believes that if customers got to choose their utility company, their first choice would be Seattle Public Utilities. She envisions a safer Seattle, a more environmentally friendly Seattle and a community that invests in our future.
