Hardcopy Orders
To purchase a hardcopy version of the 2011 Standards in person or by phone, contact the Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) Treasury Service cashier counter located in the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 4200, Seattle, Washington 98104, (206) 684-5214.
The Seattle Public Utilities Engineering Records Center is located in the same building Suite 4700, (206) 684-5132 will also be selling these documents to walk up clients (cash and checks only).
The cost is $15 for the Standard Specifications, $10 for the Standard Plans or $25 per the set.

Deliveries within Washington State
(Priority Mail 2 – 3 days)
- $25 + $8.75 = $33.75 for the set
- $15 + $5.81 = $20.81 for the Specs
- $10 + $4.97 = $14.97 for the Plans
Deliveries outside of Washington State
(Flat Rate 3 – 5 days)
- $25 + $10.95 = $35.95 for the set
- $15 + $10.95 = $25.95 for the Specs
- $10 + $10.20 = $20.20 for the Plans
