- North arrow and graphical scale
- NAVD88 shown as vertical datum with Benchmarks used
- Specify horizontal datum. Use of NAD83 (1991) is required if project is within ½ mile of two NAD83 (1991) Monuments
- Note: After January 1, 2006, NAD83 (1991) will be required for all projects
- Washington State Licensed Surveyor's stamp
- At least 2 monuments shown for each street in plan view
- Coordinates (northing, easting) and descriptions for all Monuments shown
- Bearing and distance between monuments for each street
- Stations at intersections and all monuments
- Dimensions from Monument line to Right of Way line
- Street names
