Rental Information

The Education Center has three spaces available for meetings, retreats, weddings, parties and other events. The Center’s beautiful setting, mountain views, and inspirational landscape make it an exceptional place for your organizations’ next planning session, community event or family get-together.



Contact Chris Holland, Facility Coordinator, at (206) 615-0831 or Email chris.holland@seattle.gov to make a reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed with the facility coordinator, download and complete the Rental Agreement and submit it with the security deposit to finalize your reservation.

Auditorium
Appropriate for large and small groups, it has a fully equipped kitchen, sound system, motorized screen, slide and overhead projectors. It also has WiFi Internet and phone access. It seats approximately 80 at tables or 100 in rows. Maximum capacity is 100 people regardless of how many rooms are rented.




Meeting Room
This bright, open room seats 8-10 people, has a small white board and can serve as a breakout room.


Kitchen access is available.



Loon and Lichen Learning Labs
Each lab seats about 15 people and can be utilized separately or as one large space seating 30. A room divider provides an excellent sound barrier and each lab has counters and sinks. The Loon Lab has a white board and phone access. The lab’s primary use is for small workshops, breakout sessions and education programs.


Kitchen access is available.



Heritage Court
Located between the Auditorium and Learning Labs, the Heritage Court is a wide open-air space that can be used to take advantage of spectacular views of Rattlesnake Ledge and Lake. In dry weather it can also be a place for break out session and celebrations. The Heritage Court cannot be rented alone.




Equipment
Tables, chairs, and a selection of kitchen utensils, appliances, AV equipment, are available at the Center at no additional charge. You can setup tables, and chairs to meet your needs.
