Tolt Treatment Facility
Seattle Public Utilities' Tolt Treatment Facility began operation at the end of 2000. The facility provides 120 million gallons of water a day to customers in Seattle and suburban cities. It is the City's first filtration and ozonation facility.

The plant was created in a private-public partnership with Azurix CDM, who has a 25-year design-build-operate contract with the City of Seattle. This partnership resulted in a $70 million cost savings for ratepayers.
