Location of riparian restoration projects
Several riparian conifer underplanting and release projects have been conducted in deciduous-dominated or mixed conifer/deciduous forests in the watershed in order to increase future large woody debris recruitment to the stream. The locations of these projects have been on low-gradient streams that are salmonid fish habitat and where large woody debris is an important for habitat and channel forming processes.
