Snow/Ice Effects Seattle Garbage Collection

SEATTLE-- More than 95 percent of Seattle's garbage, recycling and yard waste was picked up today. However, icy roads hampered collection in some areas.

If your garbage, recycling or yard waste was not picked up, leave it out to be collected tomorrow, Wednesday, January 16.

Some Wednesday, Thursday or Friday recycling collections may be delayed one day this week as drivers catch up on today's missed collection. If your recycling is not picked up, please leave it out to be collected for the following day.
