SPU offers technical assistance and financial incentives for both new construction and renovation of commercial properties.
Renovations and upgrades:
Reduce water use with the help of financial incentives available through Seattle Public Utilities’ Water Smart Technology program.
Receive technical assistance—to minimize construction waste, protect surface water quality, and explore more ambitious strategies such as green roofs—through the Resource Venture, a service of Seattle Public Utilities (see link below for details).
