Meadowbrook Pond

Meadowbrook Pond is a flood control and water quality project in the heart of northeast Seattle. This new park-like facility is built on the site of the former Lake City Sewage Treatment Plant, and was completed in March 1998 by Seattle Public Utilities.

Created through the efforts of community leaders, artists, environmental specialists and local government, this project illustrates the many benefits that can be realized when diverse groups work together
Worth the visit
To fully appreciate Meadowbrook Pond, plan on visiting it sometime soon. This is the best way to discover the many surprises that it holds in store for you. Meadowbrook Pond is located on 35th Avenue NE, between NE 107th and 110th Streets, across from the Meadowbrook Community Center.
