110th Cascade Virtual Tour

110th Cascade in Context

The 110th St. Cascade project, completed in 2003, is located ten blocks south of SEA Street in Seattle's Piper’s Creek watershed.

This Natural Drainage System (NDS) project redesigns a multi-block section of unimproved, residential streets between two main traffic arterials - Greenwood Ave. N. and 3rd Ave. NW.

NW 110th St. slopes significantly downhill to the west, creating additional challenges for natural drainage system designers and engineers.
