Bike to Work Day After-Party and Summer Streets 2012

For three hours only on Friday, May 18 we are turning the streets of downtown Ballard into one massive bike party! Swing by Seattle's coolest neighborhood after work or school and help celebrate Cascade Bicycle Club’s Bike to Work Day and Summer Streets Party.

We encourage community members to come out to play on streets, to enjoy fun interactive events, and to drop by local businesses.

If you join us, you can:

• Make bike art
• Test ride a seven passenger conference bike
• Enjoy pizza
• Get a free bike tune up
• Check out bikes, bags, apparel, and accessories from area vendors
• Play fun games and take home free giveaways

New this year, stop by and say hi to KEXP, who will have a station in Bergen Place Park from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. celebrating Ballard for winning their Hood to Hood Challenge.
