The Waterfront Streetcar
King County Metro's George Benson Waterfront Streetcar Line, named after the former City Councilman, has nine stops along its route from the Chinatown/International District to Pier 70 (Broad Street) and carried approximately 400,000 riders a year.
Waterfront Streetcar service is suspended during design and construction of the new maintenance facility in Pioneer Square. In the meantime, a replacement bus will provide free service along the same route of the Waterfront Streetcar line.
