Ride Route 7

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

Ride Route 7Ride the 7 is a campaign aimed to promote transit ridership on one of Seattle’s priority bus corridors indentified in the Transit Master Plan. The campaign aims to highlight the improvements being made on the Rainier Ave S / S Jackson St corridor which will make riding the bus an easier more reliable transportation option.

Route 7 priority bus corridor improvements include:

  • Real time arrival signs (coming Spring 2013)
  • Intelligent Traffic Signals (coming Summer 2013)
  • Bus bulbs / curb extensions
  • New bus shelters, lighting and amenities
  • Safer pedestrian crossings and sidewalk repair
