ORCA Opportunity for SHA Tenants

UPDATE [7/31/2021]: The SHA Pilot Program has been extended for another six months. Your ORCA card is now valid through February 28, 2022. No action is needed at this time.  Please contact us if you need a replacement card.

To be eligible tenants must live in a pre-selected SHA property, be ages 19 - 64, and live in a household that earns less than 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). We are currently only issuing new cards to residents who live at Rainier Vista, New Holly, or High point. If you live in one of these communities and believe you qualify for a card, please contact us using the email or phone number below.

All current cards are valid through February 28, 2022.

All replacement ORCA cards will be handled by Seattle Department of Transportation and will be mailed to tenants upon request. SDOT is not able to provide replacement cards in-person.

If you have any additional questions, please email ORCAOpportunity@seattle.gov or call/text 206-256-ORCA (6722). For more information about the ORCA Opportunity Program, please see the ORCA Opportunity FAQ
