Policy & Plan Implementation (PPI) Team

The Policy and Plan Implementation team develops and implements strategies that make it easier to take transit, walk, bike, and move freight. We develop bus rapid transit corridors, manage parking supply, identify opportunities to improve freight mobility, engage citizens in travel options programs, and work with mega-projects to ensure they focus on the movement of freight and goods and not just the movement of cars.

Our work covers several strategic areas:

• Waterborne transit policy and plan review
• Transportation policy development
