Restricted Parking Zone (RPZ) Online Permitting

60-day Temporary Permits

If your vehicle is not registered in your name or at your current address, you may not qualify to receive a decal for your vehicle. Click here for information on how to update your vehicle registration information .

If you are unable to update the vehicle registration online, you may apply for a 60-day temporary RPZ permit, which is available in certain special circumstances.   However, we do require current proof of residency showing your name and address, dated within the last 30 days. This can be a bill, bank statement, lease or rental agreement, or any properly dated business type mail other than mail from our office.

To request a temporary RPZ application, first click here to verify that you live at an RPZ-eligible address . If your address is in an RPZ you may email (please include your name and address) and we will email or fax the application to you. Temporary permits cost $25.00 for each 60-day period. We will only issue two consecutive 60-day permits.

Temporary permits are not vehicle specific and may be used by both residents and visitors.

Single-Day Temporary Permits

Single-Day Permits: Single-day use guest permits are available, up to five per day, up to a total of 50 per year per address, at $1 each. (Not available in Zones A and B). Click here for an application
