Managing Your Online Account

Modify Account

1. Sign in to Online Permitting site.
2. Under My Account on the left menu screen, click Modify Account to edit your personal information.



3. You can change your user name, password, contact information or email address.
4. Click Next to continue.



5. The updated contact information will be displayed. Click PREV to modify or correct the contact information.
6. Click FINISH to submit changes.

Change Password

1. Sign in to Online Permitting site.
2. Click Change Password under “Modify account information” at the bottom of the page.



3. Enter and re-type your new password.



4. Click Next to continue.
5. The updated contact information indicating the password is changed will display on the page. Click PREV to modify or correct the contact information.
6. Click FINISH to submit changes.
