Dear Ms. Burrows,
I am writing to you regarding the CTAC's decision regarding how to spend the income generated from the 
vehicle license fee. As a new college graduate I am headed to Seattle in the fall to start a job in downtown 
Seattle. While I am excited to spend for Seattle, I am slightly hesitant due to the lack of viable bicycle 
infrastructure. After spending two weeks in Portland this summer I was amazed by their neighborhood 
greenways and ease of bicycle use. I urge you to consider spending a portion of this income on bicycle 
infrastructure as it will revitalize Seattle.
