Center City Construction Coordination Program
(4C Program)

Center City Seattle is at the start of a great transformation. In the next few years many exciting transportation projects are planned.

SDOT created the Center City Construction Coordination Program (4C Program) to "Keep Seattle Open and Moving" during construction of the major transportation projects and other public and private development projects. We will do that with a five point program:

1. Coordinate construction schedules of the major transportation projects
2. Aggressively manage street and sidewalk uses
3. Give people options to driving alone
4. Create public and private partnerships
5. Communicate with all interested parties
