- Storm drainage items have been installed.

Project status
- Area for the new sidewalk is being prepared for construction.
- Trees and hedges have been cleared out of the way.
- Storm drainage items are being installed.
What's ahead
- Sidewalk construction will begin between Greenwood Avenue North and Phinney Avenue North. Note: pedestrians may be detoured around the work zone.
- Driveway construction will begin. Note: short-term driveway restrictions will be in place.
Construction Update 12/21/11
SDOT and its contractor will mobilize and start work activity on or shortly after January 3, 2012. This project is scheduled to be complete by early March.
Normal work hours will be 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parking restrictions in and around the work zone should be expected.
