Burke-Gilman Trail Extension Projects Water Main Replacement, Seaview Ave NW, 34th Ave NW to NW 57th St Updated February 20, 2003 Seattle Public Utilities will be replacing an existing 2-inch water main with a new 8-inch water main as part of this project. This new main will improve the fire flow and provide better service to water customers. An 8" DIP water main with restrained joints will be installed under the Burke Gilman Trail to the West of Seaview Ave NW, from 34th Ave NW to NW 57th St. Water utility services will be extended from the water main to the property line.
