Burke-Gilman Trail Extension Projects
Crossing at Seaview Avenue NW, 37th PL NW, and 38th Ave NW
Updated February 20, 2003
The intersection will be reconfigured to help naturally slow the movement of vehicles, reduce crossing conflicts, and minimize crossing distances.
Drainage improvements will be required.
Poles, crossing arms, and overhead wires operated by Seattle City Light, Metro, and Ballard Terminal Railroad will need to be relocated.
Due to the grade changes, realignment and pavement condition, concrete pavement will be replaced from the tracks at this intersection approximately 400 ft to the South.

This section of the trail ends just north of this intersection, after crossing the road. The next section of trail begin on the North side of this intersection and continue along the right side of the tracks.
