Preparing for Alaskan Way Viaduct and Seawall replacement construction
MAKING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEABLE

This outreach effort focused on businesses in the Ballard and Duwamish Industrial areas. The information provided by businesses will help the city and state develop and refine our construction management plans. The effort was lead by the Manufacturing Industrial Council (MIC) an advocate for industrial community needs. Freight outreach and analysis was provided by Heffron Transportation who also served as the lead writer of the final report. Commuter outreach and analysis was provided by UrbanTrans, including development and maintenance of the maps.
