Replacement of guardrail on Golden Gardens Drive, west of View Avenue NW A two way left turn lane will be installed on East Green Lake Way from Stone Way North to Whitman Avenue North A two way left turn lane and pedestrian improvements on Bridge Way from Aurora Avenue North to Stone Way North SDOT is considering the installation of a two way left turn lane on West Nickerson Street from West Florentia Street to either 6th Avenue West of 14th Avenue West This project will paint the Cowen Park Bridge as part of the 2003 Bridge Painting Program. This project will paint the pedestrian bridge at 20th Avenue NE & Ravenna Boulevard as part of the 2003 Bridge Painting Program. This project will perform spot repairs to the Alaskan Way Seawall as part of the 2003 Retaining Wall Repair Program. This project will paint the bridge from the 2nd Avenue Extension South Jackson to 4th Avenue South Bridge as part of the 2003 Bridge Painting Program. This project will replace the existing guardrail on top of wall at East Yesler Way between 21st Avenue and 22nd Avenue as part of the 2003 Retaining Wall Repair Program This project will extend the existing stairway to the street as part of the 2003 Stairway Rehabilitation Program. This project will paint the bridge located at Airport Way South over the Argo Railroad yard as part of the 2003 Bridge Painting Program. This project will demolish the existing stairway and relocate it to an area that is more stable. Traffic signal upgrade at 25th Avenue NE and NE 80th Street New traffic signal at 5th Avenue NE at NE Banner Way New traffic signal at Sand Point Way NE and NE 50th Street/Ivanhoe Place NE Rebuilt traffic signal at 24th Avenue East at East Newton Street Rebuilt traffic signal at 24th Avenue East at East Prospect Street A new traffic signal and pedestrian landing area on Harvard Avenue East at East Pike Street A new traffic signal and pedestrian landing area on 1st Avenue South and South Dawson Street The project will improve transit operating efficiency and reliability on Lake City Way NE within the Seattle City limits. A new pedestrian and bicycle trail will be constructed from the entrance of the Ballard locks to the intersection of Seaview Ave NW, 37th PL NW, and 38th Ave NW. University Way Northeast will be completely reconstructed from Northeast 41st Street to Northeast 50th Street. The work includes new sidewalks and paving, street drainage, water main piping, traffic signal improvements, street lights, in-lane bus stops, urban design and art elements, and landscaping. Drainage, street, parking and power distribution improvements along Westlake Avenue North between the Fremont Bridge and the south end of Lake Union. Rail road track relocations/removals, upgraded ferry queuing, signal improvements/channelization, landscaping, parking, pedestrian, muti-purpose trail/sidewalks, street paving and drainage improvements within the area of Occidental Avenue South, South Massachusetts St., Alaskan Way South and South King St. The lift/turn cylinders used to lift each leaf of the Spokane Street Swing Bridge will be replaced. This project will interconnect and upgrade the signal system along a three mile section of 35th Avenue Southwest between Fauntleroy Way SW and SW Roxbury Streets. This project on 12th Avenue East between East Madison Street and East Yesler Way will include pedestrian lighting, curb bulbs, street trees, stamped crosswalks, and a bike lane. This project will replace approximately 100 feet of existing retaining wall on 32nd Avenue East with a new structural retaining wall. This project will replace a retaining wall with a soldier pile retain wall for approximately 40 feet on 22nd Avenue SW. This project is repairing and reconstructing areaways in the Pioneer Square area, some of which were damaged in the 2001 earthquake. This project is filling areaways with light weight fill to give structural support to the street wall and sidewalk. This project will fill voids located under Alaskan Way that were created during the 2001 earthquake. A new sidewalk and retaining wall will be constructed on NE 120th Street from Lake City Way to 30th Avenue NE This project will construct a new concrete sidewalk on 30th Avenue NE from Lake City Way to NE 125th Street This project will construct colored and stamped asphalt walkway with an extruded concrete curb on North 87th Street between Dayton Avenue North and Phinney Avenue North This project will construct colored and stamped asphalt walkway with an extruded concrete curb on North 87th Street between Dayton Avenue North and Evanston Avenue North This project will construct colored and stamped asphalt walkway with an extruded concrete curb on Dayton Avenue North between North 85th Street and North 87th Street This project will construct an intersection revision that will add a community garden space at North 67th Street and Greenwood Avenue North The project will reconfigure the intersection to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety at NE 55th Street at Ravenna Avenue NE This project will install a walkway at 45th Avenue North between Leary Way North and 8th Avenue North & 46th Avenue North between Leary Way North and 6th Avenue North This project will connect the sidewalk located on West Montlake Place East at East Calhoun Street with the existing sidewalk on East Miller Street. This project will remove or pave over the old railroad tracks on the west side of Alaskan Way near the Edgewater Hotel.
