The street address for Myrtle Edwards Park is 3130 Alaskan Way West. It is located adjacent to the Olympic Sculpture Park that is due to open in October of 2006. To get to Myrtle Edwards Park from the Waterfront area by foot, just walk north on Alaskan Way -- the park begins just north of Broad Street.
By car, coming from I-5 Southbound:
- Take the exit- exit number 167- towards MERCER ST./SEATTLE CENTER.
- Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
- Turn RIGHT onto FAIRVIEW AVE N.
- Turn LEFT onto VALLEY ST.
- VALLEY ST becomes BROAD ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto ALASKAN WAY. 0.13 miles
By car, coming from I-5 Northbound:
- Take the SENECA ST. exit- exit number 165- on the left.
- Merge onto SENECA ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto 1ST AVE.
- Turn LEFT onto BATTERY ST.
