    The TeenLink program has a help line for teen peer advice on all issues - suicide prevention, substance abuse, relationship problems.

  • Narcotics Anonymous - Seattle
    Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship of recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. If you have a problem with drugs, call the hotline or come to one of the meetings.

  • National Eating Disorders Association
    Referal Helpline: 1-800-931-2237
    The National Eating Disorders Association is a not-for-profit organization working to prevent eating disorders and provide treatment referrals to those suffering from anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder and those concerned with body image and weight issues. The helpline is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, Pacific Time.

    Rytherís Adolescent Program, run by a professional team including a child/adolescent psychiatrist, psychologist and licensed mental health/ chemical dependency professional, provides comprehensive treatment for adolescents with both substance use and a co-occurring disorder (anxiety, depression, ADHD) via an in-depth assessment, followed by 12 weekly individual sessions that address both substance use and mental health issues.

  • Washington State Teenline
    A crisis intervention and referral service offering 24/7 help and support for those who want to talk about drug/alchohol abuse problems for themselves or for someone else. Staffed by teen volunteers Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
