    Amara provides free, confidential non-judgmental counseling to birth parents facing an unplanned pregnancy. The Seattle-based nonprofit organization offers emotional support, accurate information, and connects you with the resources to support whatever decisions you make.

  • National Abortion Federation Hotline
    The NAF Hotline is available to answer any questions you may have about abortion, unintended pregnancy, or related issues. The hotline is free, completely anonymous, and offers services to everyone, regardless of their individual situation. Weekdays: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Eastern Time.

  • Birthright
    Taking a confidential, non-judgmental, and supportive approach, Birthright provides a variety of services such as, free pregnancy testing and housing referrals for females experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.

  • Care Net
    1-800-395-HELP (4357)
    Care Net pregnancy centers offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, peer counseling services, post-abortion support, material needs assistance, and other practical, emotional, and spiritual help to empower women and men facing pregnancy related concerns. Care Net is a Christian-based organization. The helpline is 24/7.

  • Planned Parenthood
    A national agency providing sexual reproduction and health care education to both male and females. Planned Parenthood has over 800 health centers nationally and is made up of 118 independent organizations.
