Washington Community Alliance for Self-Help (CASH)
Computing for Empowerment

Washington CASH will build on their Business Technology Training Program serving low-income business owners. City support will enable the Washington CASH to offer more goal-oriented business technology courses, individual technical assistance, and increased computer access in addition to their basic business technology series.

Washington CASH is a community-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that fosters self-sufficiency and self-employment for low-income women, people with disabilities and new immigrants to the U.S. Washington CASH provides a business training course, microcredit lending services from $500-$5,000, technical business assistance and peer support to enable low-income women (especially women currently dependent on public assistance), people with disabilities and new immigrants/refugees to start or expand self-employment ventures.
