**Alert: Comcast Customers: Want to keep getting paper bills? Now you need to opt-out of paperless billing!

Beginning February 2021, Comcast made changes to its billing systems for customers with a verified Comcast e-mail address. Instead of being mailed a paper bill each month, customers with a verified Comcast e-mail address will be sent an email with a link to review their bills in their on-line account. Customers will be able to view account details, as well as view and print up to 24 months of prior payment history on their accounts. 

If you want to keep receiving paper bills by mail, you now need to take action to opt-out of paperless billing. Check your January/February Comcast bill for opt-out information or go to your Comcast on-line account and update your billing preferences (see www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-settings-tab).

Bill Payments

In-person bill payments can be made at many locations across Seattle. This includes at many QFC, Safeway, Walgreens, and Fred Meyer stores.

To find a bill payment location near you call CenturyLink at (866) 449-1980 during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturdays.

Equipment Returns

All customer equipment returns are handled by mail. CenturyLink will provide a prepaid return label for you to return cable television equipment by U.S. mail, or similar service, at no cost to you.

Call CenturyLink at (866) 449-1980 to request a return label.
