Bill Payments

In-person bill payments can be made at many locations across Seattle. This includes at many QFC, Safeway, Walgreens, and Fred Meyer stores.

To find a bill payment location near you call CenturyLink at (866) 449-1980 during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturdays.

Equipment Returns

All customer equipment returns are handled by mail. CenturyLink will provide a prepaid return label for you to return cable television equipment by U.S. mail, or similar service, at no cost to you.

Call CenturyLink at (866) 449-1980 to request a return label.
