Information Technology Indicators Residential Survey (2000)

The City will be updating its Residential Survey in 2004. The City is issuing an RFP for the data gathering on October 17. Proposals are due October 31.

In October and November of 2000, the City of Seattle Department of Information Technology conducted a 1,000 household random sample survey on residents' information technology access, literacy, and attitudes.  The results of this survey are available here in pdf and Word formats.
