David's photoDavid Keyes
Community Technology Program Manager

David has directed the city's digital inclusion programs and related strategic partnerships since 1997. He is currently co-chair of the Washington State Council on Digital Inclusion, which developed as part of the Communities Connect Network project, which he helped found. David also serves on the Washington State Access to Justice Board Technology Committee. He was on the advisory panel for the development of the national IMLS Digital Inclusion Framework. David has also served on the Washington State High Speed Internet Strategy Work Group and on the national boards of CTCNet and the Alliance for Community Media. He is a member of the city's Race and Social Justice Inclusive Public Engagement committee and leads the city's Technology Indicators research project. David's work also includes development of the PugetSoundOff.org youth civic engagement project, IT Indicators for a technology healthy community research, Technology Matching Fund grant program, broadband for public computing centers, and launching the Seniors Training Seniors computer learning program.

Program Advisor & Technology Matching Fund Manager

Delia provides strategic advice and technical assistance to community based programs and she manages the Technology Matching Fund. She represents the Department of Information Technology on the city's Tranlsation and Interpretation Initiative.

Derrick photoDerrick Hall
Community Technolgy Support Specialist

Derrick is our resident public computing systems expert, providing support to city public computers and technical assistance to community technology learning programs. He oversees deployment of our free cable broadband Internet connections for non-profits, maintains our public computer stations.

Outreach & Education Coordinator

Vicky is responsible for coordinating our community outreach and education efforts. She is project manager for the Puget Sound Off youth civic engagement project and also manages our publications, including Brainstorm, our monthly newsletter.
