Community Technology Program Manager

David has directed the City's digital inclusion programs and related strategic partnerships since 1997.  He leads the Technology Indicators research project and the City's work developing the PugetSoundOff.org youth civic engagement project with our YMCA partner.  He is a member of the City's Race and Social Justice Inclusive Public Engagement steering committee and serves on the Washington State Access to Justice Board Technology Committee.  David has been on a number of local, state and national broadband adoption boards and advisory groups, including the advisory panel for the development of the national IMLS Digital Inclusion Framework and Washington State's broadband advisory groups.  He was a founder of the state Communities Connect Network.

Delia provides strategic advice and technical assistance to community based programs and she manages the Technology Matching Fund. She represents the Department of Information Technology on the city's Translation and Interpretation Initiative.

Derrick is our resident public computing systems expert, providing support to city public computers and technical assistance to community technology learning programs. He oversees deployment of our free cable broadband Internet connections for non-profits, maintains our public computer stations.

Outreach & Education Coordinator

Vicky is responsible for coordinating our community outreach and education efforts. She is project manager for the civic engagement component of the Technology Matching Fund, manages the Get Online Seattle campaign, educational campaigns around computer security, affordable Internet & computers, and also manages our publications and social media campaign, including Brainstorm, our monthly eZine, @diginclusion (Twitter) and SeattleCommunityTech Facebook page.
