David Levinger, PE, PhD Dear Dr. Levinger: On behalf of the Seattle Pedestrian Advisory Board, I am writing to express our support for the Law Enforcement Pedestrian Safety project proposed by Feet First under the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration grant program. The Seattle Pedestrian Advisory Board enthusiastically endorses the activities Feet First will conduct, in collaboration with the Seattle Police Department, in building community support for law enforcement activities for pedestrian safety. We believe Feet First's and SPD's activities will help improve pedestrian safety and access in the downtown core, as well as on Aurora Ave. N. and throughout the city.
