Association Improvements

The Board of Directors has worked diligently to develop enhancements to the organization that will better meet the needs of our membership. The Board's strategic planning effort has incorporated many of your suggestions and ideas from program evaluations, and in some cases your direct feedback to board members. We've also assessed trends in City government, and the public sector in general, to help frame our programming for the year.

Changes include:

• Revised vision and mission statements
• 2006 program plan for New Horizons and Cityscapes, to aid in your planning for the year
• An incentive program for membership recruitment
• A FREE members-only networking and annual meeting event
