Events

Throughout the year SMA presents a variety of events and other networking opportunities. SMA events are presented in several different formats as described below.

• Informal Presentations: These events are informal training forums designed to focus on best practice topics from government and external experts. SMA’s goal is to deliver five events each year.
• Keynote Presentations: Keynote presentations are designed to focus on important and cutting edge management topics featuring guest speakers and panel discussions from subject matter experts working outside of government. SMA’s goal is to deliver two events each year that focus on our annual theme.
• Networking: Make the most of your SMA membership by attending events that have been specifically designed to help you network with other members.
