The Jeanette Williams and Civil Rights Champion Awards

Please join us for this special awards ceremony where we honor people in our community who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to women's economic equality with the Jeanette Williams Award. Ms. Williams served on the City Council and was a champion for Seattle women. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, a special award will be given to individuals who are advancing civil rights and social justice in our communities.
The event is free and open to the public.
Light refreshments will be served.
