Welcome to the Seattle Management Association

For over thirty years, the Seattle Management Association (SMA) has been a valuable resource for government managers and aspiring managers. SMA is a non-profit professional association with over 300 members. Our mission is to provide public sector employees with learning experiences, access to resources and opportunities to explore new ideas and build partnerships to be effective community leaders. Our vision is to be the leading professional organization by promoting excellence and integrity in public sector leadership.
