RSJI works with community-based organizations to support the movement to end structural racism.

Past Work

RSJI previously provided funding to community groups through the Racial Equity Fund to use creative strategies to build racial equity. The funding process encouraged collaboration and includes reporting requirements.

Learn about the Racial Equity Fund

Provide RSJ training to all City boards, commissions and advisory groups to ensure that these appointed community representatives apply a racial equity lens in their advisory roles.
