Brief History Of Site : In January 1989 the City Council by Resolution 27901 recognized the I-90 Area Development Policies as the basic City policy governing the sale and development of City-owned land in the I-90 area. By Ordinance 115362 the City Council adopted the I-90 Home Ownership Plan, which set forth the policies for disposing of houses obtained through the land transfer agreement. The I-90 Home Ownership Plan specifies that a house that is habitable, but unoccupied, be sold at market rate.
