Vendor/Contractor Registration

The City of Seattle invites businesses to register with the Vendor & Contractor Registration (VCR) system. Registration provides City departments with information about the products and services available from your firm. The City encourages women-owned and minority-owned businesses to register and to participate in City bidding and proposal opportunities.

How is this directory used by the City?

City departments and the Purchasing and Contracting Services Division use the directory to locate vendors, contractors and consultants. The database is also used to locate blanket contract holders.

Businesses are also encouraged to register in the Small Construction Projects Roster and the Consultant Roster Program.
