Southwest Precinct Officer Scott Luckie.


On Tuesday, December 20th, from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Southwest Precinct Officer Scott Luckie will be giving the public a sample of his day, via a virtual twitter ride-along, or "tweet along".

Officer Scott Luckie

Officer Scott Luckie was hired by the Seattle Police Department in September 2008.  He is currently assigned to the Southwest Precinct, second watch, Frank sector with the call sign 2-Frank-31.  Officer Luckie patrols in the South Park area and the neighborhoods North of SW Roxbury Street and South of SW Holden Street.  Prior to working second watch Frank sector, Officer Luckie worked third watch Frank Sector in the same area.

Officer Luckie was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a second generation Seattle Police officer following in his father’s footsteps.  Before becoming a police officer he worked at Underwater Sports and helped teach scuba diving classes.  Officer Luckie also worked for the Seattle Super Sonics before they sadly departed the Seattle area.  Officer Luckie went to school at Central Washington University where he studied Law and Justice.  Officer Luckie is excited and happy to go to work every day where his work day is never the same as the day before.
