Medical

The City offers regularly appointed employees and their eligible dependents the choice between four medical plans, two dental plans and a vision plan. Most employees share in the cost of premiums for the medical plans (unless otherwise identified in a union contract). The City pays the premiums for dental and vision coverage.

Special Medical Plan Enrollment - Employees Represented by Local 77 I.B.E.W.

Employees represented by Local 77 I.B.E.W. will receive a letter about the special medical plan enrollment for Local 77 plans, including the new Most/L77 plans. The enrollment will start at 8:00 am on Monday, June 30 and end at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 16. If you want to change plans, please do so through Employee Self-Service. The plans will go into effect on August 1, 2014.
