About the Mock Trial Team

Meetings are held Thursdays from 6-8pm at the Jefferson Community Center.

2005-2006 Mock Trial Team

Ever thought of becoming a lawyer? Want to try a real case? Are you good at arguing? Debate? Dramatic delivery? Then Law and Order Special Teen Unit is the place for you! Real lawyers will train you in the trial process, witness examination, rules of evidence strategy and case analysis. You will compete against other teen teams at the district and state mock trials trying a case in front of a real judge. You will organize Hell on Wheels which is an event that shows teens the dangers of drunk driving. You will also participate in the Teen Summit. Members who complete the program may earn up to 60 service learning hours per quarter.
