Thank you Seattle! This project is complete.
The former garage has been renovated into an Activity Room for future recreational and environmental education programs. See pictures below.

The landscaping, general renovation of the site, and removal of 15 of the 20 ponds are also now complete.

BUDGET	The Pro Parks Levy provides $309,300 from the $618,600 that was allocated to the Annex renovation for planning, design and construction.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involves the removal of 15 unused fishponds and the renovation of an existing garage to make the site useful for informal recreational use and classes in environmental education that are currently housed elsewhere in the park. The work also includes cleaning and landscaping.
