Margo Aspholm is a Golden Gardens neighborhood resident and a
former member of the Ballard Neighborhood Planning Committee. She is the
mother of a future teenager, and with her family uses the park frequently.
Margo is an architect with a local firm specializing in cultural and public
assembly facilities.
Carolyn Wren Clark is a Whittier Heights resident and a member
of the Washington Native Plant Society. She has worked on restoration
of the landscape at Golden Gardens for several years with other members
of the Friends of Golden Gardens Wetland. Professionally, she manages
a software development team for a large engineering and manufacturing
company.
Jeff Cleaveland is a Ballard resident and served on the 1995-96
community design team that investigated how a teen center might use the
Bath House if it were renovated. He teaches chemistry and biology at Ballard
High School.
Bruce Drager is a Ballard resident and a member of the Ballard
Booster Club. He teaches biology at Ballard High School, and has a special
interest in marine biology.
Fred Felleman is a North Beach resident and the Northwest Director and
a Board member of Ocean Advocates. He is a photographer and conservation
biologist with a focus on ocean ecology.
Allen Hughes is President of the Shilshole Liveaboard Association
and has lived aboard his boat at the Marina for twenty years. He served
in the US Coast Guard, and now owns and operates a small boat repair business,
Dogbark Marine.
Lawrence (Larry) Jackson is a Seattle Police officer and a member
the Community Police Team serving the Golden Gardens area. He is interested
in helping to establish a safe and friendly atmosphere at the Park.
Davidya Kasperzyk is a Ballard resident and President of Groundswell
Northwest. He has served on numerous boards and commissions involved with
neighborhood planning. Professionally, Davidya is an architect and bio-regional
planner.
Cindy Lantry is a Ballard neighborhood resident and has served
as a Beach Naturalist Captain at Golden Gardens for the past three summers.
She has a particular interest in beach and wetland ecology at Golden Gardens
Park, and has been a member of Seattle Public Utilities Water Systems
Advisory Committee since 2000.
Vivian McKay is a Sunset Hill neighborhood resident and an avid
sea kayaker. She has served on the Boards of Washington Water Trails Association,
Friends of Street Ends, and the Sunset Hill Community Association.
Jeffery Stolsig is a Ballard neighborhood resident and a senior
attending Ballard High School. He is an accomplished sailor, having recently
returned from a five-year circumnavigation of the world with his family
on their sailboat.
