Seattle Parks recently negotiated an agreement to acquire the property at 4731 40th SW to the west of the new proposed development at 4755 Fauntleroy Way.

Seattle Parks would like to hear from the community about whether this is a good location for a park.

Project Description

The Parks and Green Spaces Levy provides $24 million for the acquisition of neighborhood parks in up to 20 identified areas throughout the City. The West Seattle Junction Residential Urban Village was included in that list.
