Location: 1224 S King St, Little Saigon

Project Status

Thank you Seattle. This acquisition is complete.
Parks worked with the community and the University of Washington Landscape Architecture students to identify opportunities for a future park in this neighborhood. Parks finally closed on the target property in the Little Saigon area in November 2013.

In the short term, the property will continue to be leased by Lam's Seafood for parking.
